Finished reading: We Burned So Bright by TJ Klune 📚
Although I gave up on short book reviews quite some time ago, this one deserves to be recommended and read. It’s one of those stories that leaves you devastated and crying uncontrollably. Featuring an adorable elderly gay couple on a road trip as well as the issues of family hardships, grief, and humanity at the end of the world, this makes for a bittersweet short read. TJ Klune rarely disappoints and this one is a perfect example of his exceptional storytelling.
